Michal is a founding partner, executive director and a managing attorney in our law firm. He has over eight years of experience providing legal services. Prior to the founding of SNIEHOTTA & VAJDA LEGAL advokátní kancelář s.r.o., he was a member of a leading Czech law firm.
Michal specialises in transport law, contract law, competition law and public aid, corporate law, energy and petroleum consulting and representation in court and administrative proceedings.
Before founding SNIEHOTTA & VAJDA LEGAL advokátní kancelář s.r.o., Michal took part in a wide range of major projects. Among other things, he represented a client in a set of criminal and civil lawsuits for performance worth several billions of CZK. He also provided legal advice in designing a comprehensive, strategic contractual documentation of the oil and gas transporter and warehouse operator, as well as the oil products storehouse. Michal also has unique experience with legal support for airport operators and air transport consultancy. He is also engaged in providing long-term comprehensive legal advice to rail sector entities.

Lukáš is a partner, executive director and a managing attorney in our law firm. He is a member of the Committee for Criminal Law of the Czech Bar Association. Lukáš started his career in 2011 at the law office of JUDr. Petr Šustek, Ph.D., where he dealt primarily with civil and medical law. He also worked as an assistant of a Member of Parliament in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, gaining valuable experience in working with legislation, creating anti-corruption regulations and providing legal advice to municipalities.
While working at Dvorak Hager & Partners law firm, Lukáš focused on providing legal services in the area of corporate and labour law. He then spent three years at the Brož & Sokol & Novák Law Office, where he dealt in particular with criminal and civil law cases and he represented clients in civil and administrative proceedings. Thus he gained extensive experience with the defence of both natural persons and legal entities, even with an overlap to international judicial cooperation in criminal matters. He also represented clients in court litigation for performance worth several hundred million CZK. Afterwards, Lukáš worked with Deloitte Legal, where he continued his specialization in criminal and labour law. He also dealt with the criminal liability of legal entities and was responsible for comprehensive preparation of compliance programmes.
In our law firm, Lukáš focuses on criminal law, labour law, contractual and corporate law, and on representing clients in court and administrative proceedings. Lukáš also has experience in providing legal services in the field of medical and sports law.

His specializations are legal relations related to real estate, restitution law, aviation law and representation of clients in civil litigation.
In his practice he regularly represents clients from the United States, Great Britain and Switzerland. For many years, Jan has also worked with a leading law firm in New York, focused on counseling in the Czech Republic, where he has acquired a substantial part of his legal practice.
In our office he is in charge of providing legal services especially to clients from Moravia and Silesia especially in the field of real estate and transport law. He also represents our clients in court proceedings.

Anna is a senior associate in our law firm. She has been practicing law since her studies at the law faculty. She first worked as a paralegal with a focus on criminal law, particularly on criminal liability of legal entities and compliance programme issues. During her Master's degree, she also served as a research assistant at the Department of Criminal Law.
She started her practice at Brož & Sokol & Novák law firm, where she dealt with civil disputes and offense proceedings in addition to the clients' defence in criminal proceedings. As part of her further practice, she gained experience in an international law firm focused on providing legal services to startups and corporate clients. In the area of contractual law, she provided advice to a number of clients from various business sectors, ranging from small traders to major rail carriers and developers.
Working at our law office, Anna still focuses on criminal law, real estate and corporate law, transport law, and representation of clients in court and administrative proceedings.

Pavlína has been cooperating with the Chamber of Tax Advisors and the Chamber of Auditors for some years, for example on the preparation of test trials in the field of taxation.
Her specialisation is in counsel on income tax, value added tax, road taxes, tax on the acquisition of real estate, property tax, and international taxation.
In her previous practice, Pavlína dealt with comprehensive tax advice for both legal and natural persons, with an overlap in accounting and payroll. She also has unique experience with tax advice to foreigners.

Monika focuses primarily on value added tax (VAT) advice and international taxation. In particular, she assists clients with the preparation and revision of tax returns for VAT, registration and deregistration of VAT and prepares VAT statements according to clients' needs.
In her previous practice, Monika also dealt with financial and accounting advice for both legal entities and natural persons. In our company, she also uses her experience with tax advice to foreigners.
